2. What I like about resistance exercise is that it does not take up a lot of time like other types of exercise do. With this plan you will exercise for 20 to 30 minutes a day, 2 to 3 days a week and this will have you on track to lose weight quickly.
3. It is important that you have an adequate amount of sleep between exercises.
An adequate amount of sleep will build your lean muscle for a fit and well shaped body.
